We just finished our 3rd dog training class with Amanda. She has been amazing. She has helped us through all of our struggles. Our puppy has come such a long way. We highly recommend Amanda at Petsmart.

STAY AWAY!!! I was using Petsmart Ocoee, FL for 2 years without issue; they are AMAZING!!! We move to the area in 2023 and took our dogs to PS Lake Wales ONCE, and will never go back. The price was 2x of Ocoee for the same services and the groomer said our dog bit her; so he could not return. Got him home and saw why…she clipped his quick and was bleeding. They tried to hid it, but he was limping for a few days. That dog LOVES being groomed…never an issue. For them to blame him for their issue was horrible. I HAPPILY drive an hour each way to PS Ocoee 🙂 But, STAY AWAY!!!

We were told it would be 3-4 hours to groom our dog, which is way too long for a small 10lb Bichon. When we said that was too long to leave her we were told we could book an express grooming appointment for an extra $15. What a rip off!

They totally shaved my goldendoodle and lacerate his belly and his parts
They trimmed his tail and his face. They gave a me a totally different dog. Really mad. they did that without my authorization. My dog suffered there. I do not recommed to nobody.

They went WOKE. Sold clothing for dogs (which is fun), but some of the clothing is the pride colors. PetSmart is a pet store for supplies, food, grooming and occasional training/vaccines for dogs, so why go political? Stay focused on your products and services.

Don’t buy fish here. My Daughter bought guppies here with her own money to put in her newly cycled tank I prepared for her. It took the guy a long time to fish them out, and was very aggressive getting them into the bag. Spun the bag around a dozen times flopping the fish around everywhere. The fish died on the way home. We did t even get to open the bag. Had to turn around and drive back. My Daughter was in tears. She wanted her money back. While the lady was “friendly” she tried to blame us very politely and told us to bring our water in to get tested, even though we never made it home before they died. I have my own kit and am an experienced fish keeper, I’m not stupid. Also, all of their tanks were filled with dead fish and even their Betta fish were dead. So….don’t buy fish here. They don’t take care of them. I will be reaching out to corporate about this and making sure the employees are held responsible. See posted pics for all the dead fish.
