Wow … so disappointed with Petsmart customer service and Lancaster store … tried to place 100 dollar plus order yesterday for in store pick up because we got 10x points yesterday… for some reason to no fault of mine order would not go through … so went in store today and called customer service … they said there was nothing they could do …we all know they could have done something… didn’t care at all and didn’t try to help at all
