Dishonest. Asked the price beforehand and was told $78. Charge us $88 and they said because 8kg is not a small dog. The cut was okay only, some parts were uneven.

Have been coming here for years and was happy with the service and pricing. unfortunately they have changed ownership now and it isn’t a patch on what it used to be- my dog came out with a terrible cut and looked really scruffy. My friend also experienced the same with her dog. They missed patches, didn’t tidy up the private areas, and unfortunately will now look for a new groomer.

This was the first time I have taken my dogs to this groomer. The person in charge was friendly and did a fantastic job. She even gave me a little bit off the price for paying cash. The prices are reasonable and the service was excellent. The dogs are not confined to cages and are allowed to play while she work. My dog look and smell beautiful. We will definitely come back.

I hate to say but the place smells awful…simple ventilation and thorough cleaning is all it may need… understandable to some degree but it’s so off putting we stopped getting our pooch groomed here…..

Thanks you for your review. We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience, but we really appreciate you bring this issue to our attention.
As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our fluffy friends.
To make all our pets stay comfortable, we are a cage free grooming salon. We keep our waiting pets in the indoor play area with the front door closed. We always clean pets’ waste immediately after they pee or poo to make sure they stay in health and safety environment. Unfortunately, in the day you visited our salon, we had a dog having diarrhoea and we had the odor caused by the diarrhoea. It took longer time for ventilation only from the back door.
We will use bio-based pet odor neutralisers next time if such accident happens to get rid of the odor quicker.
We do hope that next time you will have a better experience. Please never hesitate to reach out to us if you have any further concerns.

I took my dog to be groomed, at first he looks fine, but then I realize that he have a cut on his underarm, his leg and also a bad one on his bump, and that one really annoy him, he keeps his self sitting all the time, he try to leak his tail, and he is so shaky all the time.

Butchered my dogs hair. Completely uneven and choppy, looks like a two year old attacked him with clippers and scissors. And they blamed my dogs hair type.

I absolutely love darling paws! The staff are very friendly and they treat the dogs well. The price is exceptional and I love the way they include an adorable free bandana! I have been here several times for both my dogs and I am always satisfied! I definitely recommend Darling Paws!

We are incredibly satisfied with Darling Paws Doggy Daycare service. The dogs have a big yard to play in, go on walks and have plenty of other dogs to play with! April treats and loves the dogs as if they were her own. Hugo loves going to spend the day with April and his new doggy friends. Will definitely continue to use Darling Paws services and highly recommend to anyone looking to put their dog in daycare or have them groomed.

I am very satisfied with their grooming and boarding service. My poodle stayed with April for one week and he was well loved and looked after. No cages either just treated like their own family pet, which our dog lapped up. Their grooming service is high recommended as well. My dog Charli never looked so good. Thanks April and we will be back!
