The worst and most unprofessional vetinary practice I’ve ever been to. The vet I saw was extremely rude and unpleasant for no reason. They pushed for repeated appointments and procedures for no reason with no resolution. My pet had a very straight forward problem, should’ve cost under $200 ended up fleecing me over $1000. Tried double charging for one expensive procedure! Luckily I noticed. Always check your bill. Better still keep away! I hope they go bust. Community vet indeed! A bunch of low life, blood sucking shysters. Keep away.

I wish I could provide a 5 star rating however time seems to be of no essence. Totally understandable that my fur baby who was not himself and rather lethargic is not an emergency and that staff chit chat and keeping customers in the treatment room for a long period of time seems to be far more important. Not happy about the level of service, I could of just as well been invisible!!!! Such a shame as always willing to support a community base practice. Such poor customer service this time 😔

The experience I had here makes me wonder if these are new veterinarians with no experience or students. This should be disclosed before any appointments and reflected on the price.
I honestly don’t recommend taking your pet here. They won’t give you all the the information you need to make the best decision, and afterwards they add the rest of what they didn’t tell you so you are forced to pay more or fox whatever they did wrong. Only when pressed for information (repeatedly) they will give you all the facts.. Not impressed at all.

I have had ok experiences here in the past but my last interaction with them has discouraged me from using them again. My biggest issue that I have is that they are not very forthcoming with information and it takes a lot of questions to understand what you’re signing up for. I really don’t think that they are better valued than other vets in the area.

Love love love this vet. Affordable and thorough – cant ask for more. I wouldnt take my fur babies anywhere else. A vet whos priority is your pet not their purse – a rarity nowadays.

No Wire Hangers
Don’t bother unless you want to be ripped off and have appointment after appointment made with no resolution and the same tests done by different vets. This place is ALL about profit and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS JUST YOUR WALLET AND CREDIT LINE

Regular patient with a pressing (but not emergency) medical problem and can’t get in for over a week. That is ridiculous. This vet has obviously taken on too many patients if they can’t fit a regular patient in for over a week.

Most friendly, patient and caring staff. You can tell a lot about a place by how much they love your pet even before walking in! We were met with nothing but smiles, hello’s and our puppy Billie was spoilt with pats and treats his entire visit! I really think he’s looking forward to going back 😄

Lovely staff that make you feel as though you and your pet are the priority as opposed to how much money they can bill you for. They were so wonderful with our little pip, giving her all the care and attention she needed. Can’t recommend them more highly. Thank you!
