Absolutely shocking service! Id walked my dog from my place about a half hour walk to the vet. When i got there he was panting and hot so i asked for water. I was then told the vet was running 15 mins late, but no water dor the dog. Id mistakingly forgot to leash my dog after the weigh in. I was barked at by admin for it when another dog got aggressive at mine, still no water. Someone finally came out with some water (by coincidence). I was upset by this time and made it known. I then was lectured by the vet who was notably rough with my dog. Then told having water for my dog is not their responsibility by their admin on the way out. Do not take your pet here.

I have been to Greencross Kessels Road four times now, and all four times have been with different vets (Dr William, Dr Emma, Dr Nicole and Dr Erin). Every vet doctor have been incredibly helpful, professional, extra gentle with my dog, attentive to my concerns and so full of wonderful advice and thorough in their explanation. The receptionist/vet nurse Laura at the front has always been so friendly to deal with. She has always made the effort to show her care and interest in my dog’s well-being. I also love the fact they always send a text message the next day to follow up to see how my dog is travelling.
What a lovely practice with a beautiful bunch of caring professionals. Thank you.

Without a doubt the most amazing vet and team! My little fur baby saw Dr William regularly and as her life journey was coming to an end, he cared for Bella with so much love and respect and genuinely had her best interest at heart. He walked this last journey with us, every step of the way, providing guidance and comfort in the hardest times and decisions. He loved our girl so much and we have so much respect for him, Amanda and the team that we knew Bella would feel at ease with him in her final moments. They cared for us, respected our grieving process and together as a team loved Bella through her passing. On the hardest day I’ve ever had to endure, Dr William and Amanda made the moment special and one that I will never forget. Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do for us and the journey we all had with Bella. When I look back on that day, I can’t help but smile knowing she was surrounded by so much love. I can’t thank you enough! ♥️

Reception was very rude when I was asking questions . Its is important that they listen to the customers and not get frustrated and flustered when asked to explain. They need to understand that no one is trying to challenge them more so just trying to understand.

Our adorable Mickey was always looked after thoroughly by the team and sadly we recently had to put him down, throughout his last months we were always helped asap when needed! The care and empathy that was shown was outstanding and they show genuine care. Its a hard situation losing a beautiful part of the family but they helped make us feel at ease. Thank you all so much!
