Brought a WP006 on Saturday, took about an hour to put up (easy) the quality is good for the price and it serves the purpose. i have bricks on top because I will hinge my top for ease of access to top up food/water. You get what you pay for and $289 fair

I have to answer the lies that the owner has posted in response to my review. I have got every text that was sent or received by myself. At no point did I threaten him, which is a downright lie. I did say to him when he was being very unhelpful and awkward, that I intended to go to fair trading, and post a review online telling everyone of my experience. His reply was that I had every right to do that. I then told him that I would come to his factory on the Friday, to talk to him directly. His response to that was “no problem”. Early the next day I sent the other pic that he had requested, as it was late the night before, dark, and the rabbits had been put away for the night (which I told him). He ignored the second pic, and my subsequent texts. The fact that a lady witnessed my conversation with him on the Friday, and then left, stating that she wouldn’t buy anything from him, tells me who was in the wrong. Please do yourself a favour, and buy elsewhere.

I would warn anyone against buying anything from this man. We bought a rabbit hutch, and paid for delivery and assembly. The ramp up to the upper level came off in less than a day. I rang and asked if he could come back and attach it again. He spent the next hour and a half asking for pics, and more information. I sent a pic, and kept telling him what had happened, but he kept repeating that he needed more pics. As it was dark, I sent the other pic the next morning. He never acknowledged, or answered any of my texts that day. I then went and saw him the following day. He was very unhelpful, and refused to put right his shoddy work. He even accused us of damaging the hutch ourselves. This all took place in front of another potential customer, who said to me as I left that she would not buy anything from him now, and also left. I am going to be contacting fair trading, to see if there is anything that can be done about this unscrupulous owner. Be warned.
