Very disappointed with my second purchase from them. I purchased food from them before and the customer service was dealt with professionally. However, this time when I purchased the kangaroo protein boost online, my dog had diarrhoea. I tried to trust the quality of the food and gave her the bag anyways. However, when I opened the second bag from the same batch I received, my dog was reluctant to even eat it and she has never been a picky eater. This was my second sign of no for the product as I can then say the food is of poor quality or it arrived being off already. I switched her back to Bigdog and the diarrhoea stopped immediately. I emailed the company but they didn’t get back to me on the issue. Will not come back again.

I am so happy to have found this company I have been searching for years to find a place that makes pre-made raw food that is specifically for ferrets and my ferret LOVES the food and I also ordered some for my dog who takes anxiety medication which is hidden in his dinner and it’s a struggle to find food that he will eat without leaving the pill in the bowl but he also LOVES the food & he eats it pill and all, so I’m very happy with this company the food is good quality and a great selection of products and very quick delivery, I will be ordering again soon 🙂
