They don’t do operations here and only looked at my dog for 3minutes to tell me what the problem might be and that I should go to Bacchus marsh. Still made me pay $75 for that short amount of time. Phone service was also terrible, was repeatedly told to wait, once I was on the line for 20minutes whilst calling around for other vets so I had to go in store to make an appointment instead.

I wasn’t pleased. Was told I’d get to see the same vet on each occasion only to find the vet is leaving at the end of the year. Didn’t think the vet listened to my concerns relating to my dogs dental health
