Wanted to share my grooming experience today. Usually I am really happy with the service. Unfortunately in less than 2 weeks we had to take our dog for a bath cause he got somewhere in the yard and had a bad smell. We did not get our regular groomer so looks like they just bath the body and forgot to wash his head cause it did not smell washed our clean and still had the stink on his head. Very disappointed this time.

They hurt my dog while grooming, blood vessels burst in both eyes. Looked choked. I have been thinking about trying the grooming service again but I’m afraid to get terrible service again. My dogs love shopping there every Sunday and I’m afraid they will associate a great time with a bad experience.

This is why I shop at PetsMart. I had a problem and I came in and talked to the manager Will. He’s very kind and knowledgeable about the products and fish, reptiles and birds. He’s extremely helpful. I told him my problem and he fixed it no problems asked. They’re not about money like everybody else in this nation. They care about their customers!! His whole staff is very kind and give great customer service. Thank you Will and the PetsMart family for always giving us your best!❤️

All there fish are diseased and sick. They die, you get a return,get more, and they die. The entire aquarium system they use is generating the water through all the tanks. Find a private small business fish store. There is one in Tinley Park IL. I can’t remember the name, but I will be going there for my aquarium needs.

Grooming looks great on my dog but she brought fleas home from the groomers. No fleas then the next day after I picked her up she was scratching a lot and i checked her to find her head covered.
