What an amazing shop. The service was absolutely fantastic. We went in there after trekking through all the usual pet shops looking for a car seat for my friends dashund
Helpful ReviewNot only did they have the right size in stock but spent nearly an hour assembling the seat , installing it into the car and making sure the little bloke had a harness and was safe.
As we drove off I swear he was smiling. First time ever he could see out the windows and feel the breeze on his little snout. Otto had lost his faithful doggie friend this year and had been down in the dumps but now the sun is shining for this little chap. The staff at the Midland should be proud of their outstanding service. We will be back.

I was looking and overheard a rather loud worker say to another worker ‘can you go ask that girl if she needs help? I know you don’t want to but just go ask.’ left immediately and felt very uncomfortable.

Best dog groomer ever!! Noreen does such a great job, exactly what you ask for and our almost 3yr old dog is so happy after his time with her (unlike some of our experiences with other groomers in the past). We highly recommend her services and tell anyone who’ll listen about the quality!

No problem, the staff there are super friendly we went to buy a goldfish and they told us everything that the fish would need, what kind of conditions that would be needed to keep the fish healthy and they even told us what to expect when we took the fish home, also they were really friendly and one of the staff members even helped us find the right tank for the best price possible

I worked here years ago and I severely hurt my back. As it was my first job and I was very young the owners told me not to get any work comp because I would never be able to get a job again and bullied me to not do anything about it. I still today am dealing with the injury and probably will for the rest of my life.

FIRST THING DONT GO INTO THIS STORE unless you want to serve yourself. I found the owner with a beard was not helpful one bit & i got a rude short answer and i felt very akward which made me not want to ask anything else! i went down the road to City Farmers who the two girls there were very friendly and helped me with all my little questions. i actually spent over $200 there! will never return back to this store and will tell all my friends and family about the horrible experience!!!

Been there a number of times, however today was to exchange one product for a larger size. Manager refused without proof of purchase. Price difference was an extra $3.45 not the crown jewels.

Seems pretty silly to have to go through the hassle for a trivial amount of money.
