Very professional during the virus. Had to wait in the car during the appointment and talk with the Vet before and after to discuss my pets health. The directions were very easy and clear and i will certainly return in future. The cost was also quite reasonable considering other Vet bills i have received for menial check-ups in the past (other places of course).

So grateful for the care & empathy shown when we had to euthanase our beloved Kelpie.We requested that she remain in the car during the procedure to reduce her stress .All concerned went out of their way to oblige.Vet ken and the nurses were so gentle & patient and allowed us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes and then went out of their way to present our doggy ready for burial in such a loving way .Thankyou so much for your kindness .We will never forget!!xx

Money hungry and scare mongering tactics. I simply enquired about any action i should take after my dogs had been swimming in water with blue green algae. 670 dollars later after totally unnecessary procedures and meds they add the final insult to injury, lecturing me not to let my dogs swim in the river! I was camping by the river so that I could look for work. Have now gone home to sit on the dole.
