As the proud parents of a 6-month-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi, we’ve had the pleasure of relying on Millicent Veterinarian Clinic for all her needs – from vaccinations and puppy preschool to nail clipping and beyond. Their team’s professional advice has been invaluable.
Recently, our Muffin faced a health scare, and the clinic’s exceptional service truly stood out. Shaun’s after-hours call-out on a Sunday evening was just the start of a series of caring and professional interventions. The dedication and skill of doctors Sheree, Charlotte, and others (whose names escape me) were remarkable. They formulated a meticulous care plan for Muffin, showing genuine concern for her well-being.
The nursing staff and administrative team also deserve a special mention. Rory, Elizabeth, Tom, and others, whose names I can’t recall, were exceptionally accommodating. Their support made the overnight hospital stays less stressful for both Muffin and us. The admin team, including Jamie and Kylie, ensured everything ran smoothly.
A noteworthy aspect of Millicent Clinic is their “Gap Only” payment system for insurance. As Medibank pet insurance holders, we only had to pay the gap amount, which was a financial lifesaver.
Lastly, a shout-out to Dr. David for his insightful advice regarding pet insurance for purebred puppies during our initial consults.
Overall, the Millicent Veterinarian Clinic isn’t just a clinic; it’s a community of passionate professionals committed to the best in pet care. We’re deeply grateful for their expertise, compassion, and outstanding service.

Took amazing care of my dog and kept him calm and happy. Very reasonably priced and showed great compassion both with my dog during a stressful time and when my brother’s cat was put to sleep. Would recommend to anyone with an animal they love that they consider Millicent veterinary clinic.

Highly recommend this vet for anyone looking for a veterinary clinic that goes above and beyond. My husband and I were holidaying in South Australia, from Melbourne when our 7 month old pup fell very ill. With only one vet on-site at their clinic this particular day, they squeezed us in rather quickly! The customer service we received from both their reception staff and Sam, was exceptional. Sam was so thorough and explained everything in great detail. We knew our pup was well looked after, and after an overnight stay he was on the mend. We are forever grateful for their help and for looking after our boy.
