have been going to PetO for years with our 3. now 2, dogs for food, toys, collars, leads, harnesses, medications for worms etc. and am very satisfied with the puchases and the helpful and informative staff. Our Kelpie is washed in their excellent dog bath.

Angela went above and beyond to help me make the best choice for my Siberian cat over the phone no less as we are in isolation with a positive household case. She was incredibly helpful and compassionate and ensured the chosen cat food was behind the counter when my relative came to pick it up on my behalf. Thankyou Angela 10 out of 10 customer satisfaction and service!

I really like the large warehouse style store. Makes it easy to find everything and my dog loves to choose his own treat. They often have a discount on the huge 12-20kg bags of dog food, which I look for. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful each time I go there.
