Bought a dog clipper, used it one time and it didn’t work when I pulled it out 6 months later (we only groom our dog twice a year). Because it’s past the return date they won’t let me exchange it.

We had incredible service today…. 12/17/23 we drove from St.Cloud stopping in Monticello both had 125 gallon aquariums that were damaged. The individual cashier-525278 (if that recognizes her) was simply amazing …. so positive and helpful!

PetSmart is fun to go to but doesn’t have a lot of good options. Most of the stuff they sell, if you do your research isn’t that good for dogs and the stuff that is, is insanely high priced compared to other pet stores

We have attended puppy training classes through PetSmart Monticello with Trainer Sam for weeks. Unbelievable! Eleven years ago, we paid ~$2,000 to train our older dog to walk, sit, and lay down. Paying less than a couple hundred dollars, our puppy is better trained than our older dog! Sam is amazing at training “us” to train our puppy. She is kind, creative, patient with our puppy and us, and definitely a dog-lover. She has offered suggestions that help our two dogs get along better–and they worked! We never thought we could get past that difficult puppy stage, but, with Sam’s help, we are having fun and loving our puppy! We are grateful to Sam for helping us enjoy our puppy.

I go to this particular pet store once a week to get crickets. this is a fine place to get crickets if you don’t live near the cities. Do not trust what the staff say however, they don’t know much about the animals they sell most of the time. Many reptile snobs will say you should never buy a reptile from a chain pet store, but almost every time I have looked at the reptiles, small mammals and birds here they have looked healthy. They also often have cats and kittens for adoption.
