Thank you so much for helping Macy Gray! She is so much happier now and I am so relieved.
The vets and nurses at NAC really go above and beyond for us crazy furr parents! They were fully booked and still able to help a stressed mum out! I told the nurse I could kiss her feet.. I wasn’t joking 🤪
It’s so hard to come by a smooth and helpful service these days, they definitely looked after me and I’ll always appreciate that.
I highly recommend both Dogtors: Jenny & Jess! they have looked after many of my babies, including my two older girls, who are no longer with us 🙁
Side note- I grew up in Chippo, and even a few high school friends that have moved out of the area, will actually make the drive to come back to chippo, just to see their fav dogtors and nurses 🙂

The receptionist at this place needs to calm down a bit. Just trying to book an appointment turned me off this place because the receptionist sounded stressed out. Maybe the vet is great, but this poor woman needs to take a holiday.

Brilliant staff that helped me through a very difficult time losing my kitty. Dr Jess was genuinely caring while also doing the right thing for my cat. They burned a nice candle in reception with a sign to let others know to keep the noise down that I was saying goodbye to my pet.

Honestly, this is the best vet my family and i have been to for our little furry children. About three weeks ago we lost our trouble boy instantly, and when going up to Newbridge at 6pm at night, the ladies there were amazing. They did everything they could to make us feel that bit better & didn’t rush us out to say goodbye, let us have our time with our cat. Then two weeks later we had to return for our Guinea pig salt & they were outstanding. Took her in straight away & had answers for us so quickly & we’re so amazing at looking after our little girl. We could not recommend this vet centre anymore & have found our forever vet!

May I say that the team at Newbridge Animal Centre are the most beautiful, caring and compassionate vets I have ever dealt. My dog recently passed away and I was amazed by the level of sympathy they showed to me during this difficult moment. I will never forget them and I will always remember them for this. Absolutely appalled by the receptionist Liz!! Made my wife stand outside when she arrived at 5.30 for our 5.30 appointment to vaccinate our german shepherd, even though the weather has been on and off rain all day and allowed other people in that arrived after my wife with there dogs to wait in the waiting room. Not sure if its because my wife wears the head skarf (yes we are muslim).

After 1 hour of standing outside Jessie came out and greeted my wife and apologised and treated my wife with the up most respect so my hat goes off to Jessie but as for Liz i cannot stress how appalled i was and still am.

I bring my cat here and so far they’ve been amazing. Prices are more than reasonable and the staff is friendly.
The vet knows her stuff and they’re always reassuring over the phone.
The only downside is that there isn’t proper parking to the practice.

Took my mate here when he needed a lift to a local vet. Should have taken him to mine in Chipping Norton. Nurse or receptionist? was really rude to a family before us. Kept the same attitude with us too. Vet then seemed to treat us like we had done something wrong.

I have never been so disappointed with a vet, I took my puppies down for a check up and thought the service was very good then the trouble started the blood test taken it took repeated requests for the results
Helpful Reviewafter 3 -4 weeks finally went to the surgery and asked why I could not get the results (they blamed the internet service) they spoke to me and I booked the puppies in for the procedures required for today I arrived at the clinic @ 9.15am to be greeted by a sign saying sorry they have a emergency call out and a funeral to attend extremely upset I brought my puppies home I receive a phone call at 9.46 asking if I was still bringing the puppies down ?????? advised about the sign on the door and was told it was from yesterday (it was not dated) there surgery hours are 9am to 7pm and @ 9.15am I expected them to be open
This was the last thing I will be changing Vets and as word of mouth can cause damage to business will be extremely verbal regarding the treatment from the surgery
