The animals in there were kept in horrible conditions, the puppies were sitting in their own wastes and lots of overcrowding and no toys. About five-six rabbits to a small cage and same with the puppies. Absolutely putrid.

I went here once after seeing a sign saying kittens for sale. Never going again, it was horrible. All the birds, cats and dogs are caged in their own waste in a dark room out the back. In the summer that room gets twice as hot as outside. There’s no toys, barely any food or water and multiple animals are shoved into tiny metal cages, stepping in their own waste. The birds barely have room to move let and constantly screaming meaning there’s never any peace back there. The entire shop is untidy and smells horrible, there’s constantly a mess on the floor and some fish sitting in tiny containers and plastic cups on the floor. It’s a dodgy place in general and the neglected animals in the back says enough. It’s clearly for profit and have no regard for the animals well-being.

I purchased a pair of Gouldian Finches today.

All of the animals are kept in terrible conditions, especially in the hot summer heat. Went there last summer and all of the animals round the back (cats, dogs, birds) were held in tiny and disgusting cages with no toys and very small food and water bowls. It was extremely hot back there and I really think the owner of the place should take better care of the animals. The business needs to be shut down and the animals taken to better stores

Had not been here for ages but made two visits in the last fortnight. Wide variety of birds for sale . Owner very knowledgeable on how to keep birds in aviaries, steered me off a pair of birds I had in mind on to a less expensive choice that suited my aviary better. He is also very active and knowledgeable conservationist and shared his photos from Qld., NT and WA.

store worker was rude, and gave poor/incorrect information about both bird care and mouse care in order to sell animals.

Profits before pets. disgraceful. Puppy still unsold at 7 months for $1000.00. But after a bit of interest (due to becoming known he was still caged at 7 months), decided to increase the price to $1200.00! They should have been offering a discount so a puppy could be in its forever home, not behind a glass wall. Terrible, cruel actions.

If I could give negative stars I would. This pet shop kept a little schnoodle puppy in a cage in their shop for 7 long months. For sale for $1200. It took a community effort to raise the money to free this little boy from his prison. He needed grooming, vaccinations and vet care. These owners are so cruel I do not recommend anyone use their business. 🤬🤬🤬
