Took the time to assess and offer treatments, wasn’t in a rush to get you out the door. Offer many different treatment to suit cost as well as practicality. Friendly vets and staff. Highly recommend Greencross vets Morwell.

Great Vets easy access pet care ask about their pet care packages for a fortnightly or monthly fee. Makes vaccinations pet checks and michrochipping so much easier.

For 12 years we’ve brought our dogs here and in the last few visits the quality and service has been in clear decline. The tipping point was when, due to advice from the vet, our dog became very sick, but Greencross couldn’t/wouldn’t see him, even in an emergency! Thankfully Traralgon Veterinary Centre were much more accommodating and the service there was infinitely better than at Greencross.
Do not risk your pets health!

Overcharged, rushed my cat here after being ran over he had a cut on his chin. Very overcharged to have this stitched however was told we could leave it and see how it healed… cruel as he would not have been able to eat well.
Helpful Review$1260 no X-rays or further checks. He has an extremely sore back leg and his tail now points sideways he also had blood coming out of his ear however none of this was checked.
When paying I was told I had money left on my account for my senior dogs urine test that I never had done as I couldn’t get any from her. She also had poor care and has a sore back leg was never offered an injection just expensive medication that made her kidney function worse then told nothing more can be done for her. Getting a second opinion for all of the above and hopefully I can take this all further to stop it happening to other poor pet owners and their pets in pain.

We went there today to get our dog checked out. We as adults don’t want to be told what to wear to get our dog looked at. It’s absurd. So we went elsewhere, paid less money and got better service. So thank you.
Helpful ReviewYou just have to look at their other reviews and cut and paste responses to see that don’t care about their customers. If you want to go to a vet and pay them to, I don’t know, look after your pets… And not have to enable someone’s delusions and paranoia then this is not the place for you. There are plenty of other vets around that just do their job and don’t make you jump through hoops to appease them.
