I cannot speak more highly of this vet practice especially moving to Moss vale from the city 2 years ago.I love the welcome we got from James on arriving with our big ginger cat Leo,all the staff obviously enjoy there jobs ,also a thank you to Alex to doing the dental I know it must not of been easy but Leo is doing very well,a much happier cat due to the wonderful team,thanks again ,Christine Audet.

Cannot fault James and his team.
I came across them a few years ago in an emergency situation with my dog. They fit me in straight away to assess and diagnose. Recently I had another situation and again they got me in as soon as possible.
I have tried a few vets over the years (closer to home) and none show the same amount of care, empathy and respect to pets and their owners. Due to this I refuse to take my pets to any other practice.

James, Jess and the team are all awesome. James goes out of his way to keep his patients well informed of their pets. They have been so good to me dropping off medication and food when I had Covid. Thanks guys so much. Really appreciate all you do and can highly recommend them.

James and the staff at Moss Vale Veterinary Hospital have been looking after our dog Harley since he was a puppy. They are all so caring, friendly and accommodating. They show genuine concern for Harley with follow up calls even after hours. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend James, Alex and the team at Moss Vale Veterinary Hospital.

I took my pet bird here, not expecting much as most vets refuse to even see vets. My bird was not only treated with compassion, but also diagnosed and remedies put in place to ensure quality of life. The vet had spent the morning reading up on this unique situation and provided a top-notch service.
