Jetson is always looked after there and comes out looking happy and spiffy after his groom also a kennel free place which is great. Cindy is absolutely lovely and loves all the dogs she looks after. Thank you

Cindy and her team done a great job with my hard to groom lakie. She hasn’t been groomed professional for around 3 years and even before that she was coming home with a very close to skin shave that was too uncomfortable for my poor pop so I decided I’ll try to keep her healthy and happy at home. We booked my dog with Cindy’s group to give her another try and they were fantastic!!! Thank you Cindy and team weill be back 🙌🐾❤

As customers of the Groom Room for 8-9 years we wouldn’t go anywhere else with our dogs. Cindy and the groomers treat our dogs like their own and they always receive wonderful clips. We have a senior dog and a dog with anxiety so we love that they are cared for and treated so well by Cindy and her team. What a brilliant store too, stocked full of high quality dog food and snacks, toys and accessories. Highly recommended in every way.

Couldn’t recommend Cindy and her team enough! so so professional and caring towards my 3 and 10 year old kelpies. both my girls are very timid and not well responsive to being groomed, but were well behaved and came away looking devine! definitely check them out 🙂

Very disappointed.!
I booked our 14 year old timid dog in at 11:30am yesterday.
My husband arrived on time.
She wasn’t finished until after 2:00pm.
I tried to call the shop multiple times, to raise my concerns and to find out what happened as I arranged my day around her being clipped.!
No answer, I receive a txt msg.
Your dog has been picked up! We call when your dog is ready! Is there something else you need as we are very busy! Please text as I am unable to speak atm!

I then txt’d to ask if the manage can call. I received a call.
I was told very bluntly we tell our clients “2 1/2 to 3 hours”. I very clearly said I wasn’t told that when I booked and if that was the case I would’ve gone elsewhere.
What was the point of booking an appointment time.??
I found the call very dismissive and rude. I was spoken to in a surly tone, offered no explanation and spoken over throughout the conversation.
I said based on our experience, we won’t be returning, I was told “great, thank you and the phone call was terminated.
We’re new clients.!
In addition, we’re not particularly happy with the clip.
Upset and disappointed.
*I posted a review on FB page where the owner insinuated we were lying about being informed about a 2 1/2 – 3 hour wait and not issued an apology*.

Unfortunately Bree nothing we will say will be acceptable to you as your ‘story’ of what happened differs to our facts! I will never accept customers being rude and unreasonable to any of us. We all work very hard for our hundreds of very happy customers and take rude customers very seriously not allowing their return. 🐾

We have been entrusting our dogs to Cindy and her Groom Room team for 8 years. Our dogs are not only always groomed beautifully but, more importantly, they are well treated and happy to be there. With individual pens (no cages) and a play area too, our dogs always have fun at the groomers and are treated like family. Cindy also has a terrific range of grain free dry food and locally produced healthy pet snacks, plus the most gorgeous toys and accessories around. I recommend the Groom Room to everyone I know as I wouldn’t take my fur babies anywhere else.

The staff is polite and overall nice but unfortunately we are extremely disappointed with the service. We booked a full grooming for our 11 month old pup. We’ve only ever groomed her ourselves so, while booking, my partner asked whether that would be a problem – he was told it wouldn’t. The website also specifies they take extra care with first timers and give them the attention they might need. We were very surprised to see that, at the end of her grooming session, our dog was given back to us looking the same as when we brought her in. They chose not to give her a haircut because she didn’t like the sound of the clippers and said that we should try them at home first (note that we have used clippers on her before, she didn’t love them but a few treats did the trick). We were still charged $58. She was given a bath so she smells better but unfortunately her fur is still as long as it was before and she has matted spots which I would’ve appreciated if they’d been at least brushed out. It seems that no effort was put into grooming her at all. Overall we are very disappointed as we are $58 out of pocket and our pup still needs grooming.
