Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
The Bentons Road Veterinary Clinic is highly regarded by its clientele for its exceptional service, professional approach, and caring staff. Many pet owners, including those recommended by rescue organisations, find the clinic's comprehensive care, including dietary changes and supplement recommendations, to be effective in improving their pets' health. The clinic's willingness to accommodate short-notice appointments and conduct Titer testing is also appreciated. Some clients have travelled significant distances due to the high-quality care provided. While there have been isolated instances of miscommunication, the overall consensus is a strong trust in the clinic and its staff. The clinic's compassion during the difficult times of pet loss is deeply appreciated, with special mentions to Dr Kelly and her team for their love, attention and understanding.

Dr Kelly is amazing! She’s helped heal our dogs gut and Joint issues we won’t ever go to anyone else. She listens and actually gives recommendations for supplements and diet changes rather than just prescribe medications

Got this vet clinic referred to me by a friend for the excellent and professional service and couldn’t agree more. Got my puppy in for a consult on short notice and he got the care he required very quickly. He is now on the mend and we couldn’t be happier. The staff there are professional and super friendly. We will be back ( but hopefully not too soon)

Cannot recommended Kelly and her team highly enough. Kelly looked after our beautiful border collie for many years up to and including her recent passing. The love, care and attention given to our dog and us is greatly appreciated. A beautiful, family clinic.

I saw Dr Kelly Halls with my 16 week old puppy who had an ongoing and persistent cough. At the time of the consultation she mentioned that she wasn’t sure what is what and gave her some natural cough mixture in the hope it would go away on it’s own, otherwise advised we would look at xrays at 6 months.
I went away the following day, to get a distressed message from my friend that her very senior dogs were very unwell with KENNEL COUGH! Not once mentioned to me during the consultation, nor any advice to isolate her. Sure enough, a follow up visit to another vet on the peninsula on my return confirmed my puppy did in fact have kennel cough.
My friend and are now unnecessarily out of pocket hundred of dollars because of “DR” Kelly Halls misdiagnosis and lack of communication – I have given the clinic multiple times to respond accordingly however they have brushed me off and taken no responsibility. I should have listened to other people personal experiences with this clinic before booking….
