The only Vet I would trust with my Frenchie. From Doctor Bob to the women on the desk, friendly, professional, committed to ensure the best outcome for your pet. Highly recommended, you may have to wait a little while for an appointment but It’s well worth it. I’m sure there are cheaper Vets around but cheap service ain’t good, and good service ain’t cheap.

My appointment was for 9:30 and still waiting at 10 am and still wasn’t seen by vet, was in a rush and had to leave such a waste of time im really disappointed

Have always been good to us and our fur dogs. Bob has a very friendly and accomdating team. Always helped us in an emergency situation with Jake and Buddy. Great vet.

I had been taking my cat here all her life- 6 years, very regularly due to her health condition, I get that changes happen. But It seems I can’t get an appointment at all to fit around my work hours or actually in general in a reasonable time.Up until say a year ago I felt like they genuinely cared about the relationships with clients but don’t feel that is the case anymore. When I said I’d have to go to another vet , the response was “ okay sorry, bye” well okay bye.

It seems we’re not the only ones that have been using ultimate for a few year’s, given them a decent amount of business and money only to find lately when our pets needed their vets they were either closed in the middle of the day,during the week or when I did get hold of them apparently booked for weeks and told to take my poocch to the pet hospital.couldn’t get an appointment. Fairly disappointing.

I have been taking my pets here for over 10 years with great service from Dr Bob who is no longer there. Had an issue with my dogs eye which they said shoul be looked at as a priority but unable to provide an appointment for two weeks and this is not the first time other times I have called for appointments, usually 2 week wait to see a vet. They are blaming vet shortage/COVID but I tried another local vet, who will get me in tomorrow. Very disappointing, not sure if there has been a change in management but not sure what kind of service a vet can offer if you have wait on average 2 weeks for an appointment.

Hi Nic, we apologise for the wait in our appointment times. In our case we have had a drop of 50% of our veterinary staff due to COVID. We do allocate emergency slots and unfortunately they had been taken for the day. Our aim is to try our best to see as many pets as possible while trying to ensure there is not too much pressure on the vets that are working. Every clinic is different and have different staff levels at the moment and we are so pleased you were able to take your pet in to be tended too so soon as needed. We bought in an injured German Shepherd from a car hitting it on Clyde Rd and the immediate attention and assistance shown by the vet and staff was amazing. Calm, professional and empathetic to the welfare of this animal. Well Done, so very thankful you saved this dog and just wonderful commitment.

Money grubbers with no regard for loyal customers. I’d been taking my dogs to this business over the last 10 years, I recently called up to see if I could book my dog in to have his skin looked at. I was told by the receptionist they are too busy and to go elsewhere…not only is this absolutely rude, but it just shows how disloyal and uncaring their attitude is towards returning customers. Over the years, I’ve spent thousands in this place, and they couldn’t even muster the curtsey to check availability.
