Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
The Happy Dog Clipping Salon has been receiving glowing reviews from numerous dog owners for its excellent grooming services. Customers praise the salon for taking great care of their furry friends, regardless of age or breed. The groomers have a knack for leaving dogs not only looking handsome and clean but also feeling happy and proud. There's a lot of love for Gerard, one of the groomers, who is commended for his fantastic job and reasonable prices. Even the front-desk service by Brenda, who does a great job at paw clipping, has earned a shoutout. Some customers have been loyal to the salon for years, appreciating its professional and friendly service. They love the fact that their dogs are not over-cut and remain recognisable. While one client mentioned an issue with the EFTPOS not being available, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive. The salon is highly recommended for its quick and efficient service, reasonable prices, and excellent results.

My dog is scared to go here. My dog is a very happy dog loves greet anyone even stranger but this place scared him to dead. I don’t like how they hide their service behind the closed door. Other places are proud to show what they’re doing to our dogs. When i used to go here I slways tell the groomer (Jerold) to do certain cut to my dog. He always said yes will do but the end result was always different from what was agreed upon. This happen every time and many times. I stopped going here years ago but i thought i leave a note so others beware

We’ve been taking our dogs to this salon for about 10 years. We have always been extremely happy with their no nonsense service. Our dogs have always returned happy and beautifully clean. The management always make time for a chat and go out of their way to make us feel like valued customers. I wouldn’t dare send our doggo anywhere else. Jo
