Around 12 years ago we took our beagle, Rex to Puppy Preschool at Hinterland Vets. The wonderful staff there have looked after him ever since. We sadly lost him recently and while grieving, we opened the front door to these beautiful flowers and heart-warming message. This meant so much and shows that this vet is more than just a business. Highly recommend this vet.

Ross is an excellent vet; very caring. I cannot thank him enough for the care he has given to both of my dogs (one little and one large). Both, at different times, had been misdiagnosed by other vets. Ross identified the problem quickly and started treatment immediately. A big thank you to Ross and the team of vet nurses.

We have been taking our gorgeous Staffy – Zoe – to Dr. Ross since she was a tiny puppy 13 years ago. He and his team have always been kind, compassionate and professional in their care of her. This week we had to make the dreadful decision to allow our gorgeous girl to depart this world. We cannot thank the team at Hinterland Vets enough – their care and kindness to both Zoe and to us has been incredibly supportive and genuine. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The team at the Hinterland Vet always take good care of all my pets, whether it be for general check ups or emergency situations, they are always ready and eager to help to the best of their abilities. From my small pet rats to my beloved family dog, they have gone above and beyond, and we are really blessed to have found such an amazing vet team, who obviously have a passion and love for all animals big and small.

Amazing vet practice. We came to Hinterland Vet surgery after a not so great experience at another exotics vet and saw Dr Ross Polst, he is extremely knowledgeable and very caring. He takes very good care of our hens and guinea pigs. Pricing is fair and overall just an excellent vet surgery. Highly recommend!
