Top-notch care and super friendly staff. I love how the vet always follows up to see how my dog is doing. Appointments are also fairly easy to get. If I had to be picky, I wish they had better A/C / ventilation.

Worth Street Vet is hands down the best veterinary organization I have ever been to. Their entire team, from the vets, to the technicians, to the concierge team are warm and friendly, knowledgeable and always go above and beyond for my pets. I never feel like I’m being overcharged or pressured into meds/services that my pets don’t need and the team’s bedside manner is wonderful. My socially anxious chihuahua actually likes going to the vet (and that is saying something). I have recommended Worth St to every one of my friends with fur babies and will continue to do so whole-heartedly. Everyone I know that uses their services feels the same way I do – they are the best!!

After a negative experience at another local veterinarian’s office, WSVC was recommended to me by a friend. I am happy to say that the staff here made me feel appreciated for my business and my pet feel safe.
My new kitty got 2 shots during her visit and a little wet on our walk home from the office in the rain. Even so, when we got home she was still very playful and showed no signs of stress. This was a huge difference from the last vet visit we had where no vaccines nor procedures were done but my kitty still hid under the bed for some time after the visit 🙁
Dr. G took the time to answer all my questions. Multiple staff members also took the time to answer follow up questions and send supporting documents to me promptly after our visit.
Since my kitty and I both had such a positive experience, we will certainly be returning customers. While I hope she doesn’t need any medical attention soon, I know that if she does, Worth Street Vet Center will take care of us!

I’ve taken my dog here for the past 7 years and absolutely love them! Not only are the veterinarians great but the vet techs are truly amazing. Everyone here really cares. My dog got cherry eye surgery here too and they took such good care of her. Online system is great. I’ve moved a few times and tried a few other places closer to me but I just can’t trust anyone else to care for my dog. Worth street is worth the trek

Mine was a thankfully low level visit for one of my cats where I overreacted to his being sick from a meal the night before. Anyhow I got to see a new doctor for us, Dr. Hering, who offered treatment options but was good with my decision to wait a day within which time not needed. We will be glad to see her again if needed.
Worth Street office and rooms are clean and comfortable.

It’s not easy moving a senior dog cross country and getting him all settled into a new life in the big city – but Worth Street Vet made everything so smooth and comfortable for me and my pup. The team at Worth Street Vet are always so excited and happy to see my French Bulldog, Ruby. She never has pre-vet anxiety because she knows she will be greeted with tons of love, attention, and care. I truly think they are one-of-a-kind and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. The place is super clean. The team is attentive and quick, and they always make sure Ruby is happy and healthy.

I have brought my kitten, Hami, here many times before, but my most recent encounter with Dr. Alexandra Pietrzyk was unfortunately not a very positive one.
Helpful ReviewI brought Hami in for a cough, and after a quick exam, Dr. Pietrzyk proposed two different treatment plans – one being the administration of an antibiotic to see if the symptoms subside and the other being an x-ray to rule out early bronchitis and some other ailments. The associated costs for each of these options were not shared with me, and because Hami is my first pet, I was extremely anxious and agreed to the x-ray procedure. They took him to another room for the procedure and upon returning him to me, Dr. Pietrzyk informed me that the x-rays did not show any signs of ailment and that they had taken some samples to conduct a PCR panel to identify any infections he may have. I later called the office to ask for a reduced rate since Dr. Pietrzyk did not inform me that any procedures in addition to the x-ray would be performed. I was told that they would discuss with the doctor and nurse and get back to me. When I received the call back, the receptionist told me that the vet claimed that she did inform me of the procedure. When I reiterated that I was informed of the x-ray but not the PCR panel, the receptionist essentially said that they have no way of knowing who actually said what since there are no cameras in the exam rooms and that “clearly you and the doctor both have your own versions of what happened.” I was told that they want to make sure I, as the owner, am as involved in Hami’s care decisions as I would like to be, and was instructed to ask more questions during the visit and upon checkout.
I am upset beyond belief, as what would have been a $479 visit became a $734 visit without my consent. The lack of transparency from Dr. Pietrzyk and the unhelpful response from the front desk staff is extremely disappointing, especially considering how phenomenal the staff and other doctors have been in the past.

I adopted Joey from Animal Haven. I am more than pleased by Worth Street Vet practice. I was impressed by the professionalism as well as the friendly and kind environment at Worth Vet. Even when it can be a bit more expensive than other vets, I feel that you really know that your friend pet is in good hands. Joey means a lot to me, he came after losing my old pal of 13 years. I want the best for him and I want to know that his health is in the best hands.
