We took our dogs in for haircuts. Crystal shredded my dogs snout, I wasn’t going to complain but it’s been 5 days and his face is still bleeding. Our old groomer never had a problem with him. You deserve zero stars.

Not cool, the price of two fish were marked down, the last 2 fish left in this tank, and when my brother went to purchase and the cashier called back to the fish department, the fish clerk was either mistaken or lied and said the fish were not on sale and cost $20 versus $6. Not cool. No further fish to be purchased here.

Anne-Marie and Chelsea P are great dog groomers and they handle my little problem child so well. I have one easy dog and the other is very submissive so he can be difficult. I hope I never need to find Vienna and Dallas another groomer because they are both so amazing!

No one there really knows anything about animals. It’s all marketing. They also moved into town, across the street from a long-standing, family owned pet store and put them out of business. I hate big box stores, and what they do to local economies and businesses.

The employees are nice enough that I’d otherwise give 5 stars. I purchased a bearded dragon 2 weeks ago and I noticed that the viv was pretty dirty and one of the beardies was missing part of his tail. I took my chances and purchased one of the beardies and just immediately booked a vet appointment for him. He’s been on a steady decline since bringing him home. He’s a very sick little guy, riddled with parasites and possibly adv, and he probably won’t make it much longer. They really need to get their reptile husbandry in check. I worked at PetSmart for quit a while and you have to make sanitization and cleanliness a priority with the reptiles.
