We had our Pomeranian dog going out of control in our house where she barks and bite everyone so when we called Dr. Stephanie she managed to come to our home to resolve the problem and taught us how to step up as a leader we are now happy thank you Dr. Stephanie

Terrible customer service, sent a email and waited 4 days for a reply just to be referred to the website which doesn’t even have the information I need. Also fake google reviews on their website. Uses the same picture of a model for 2 different “people” lol
You need to learn to take criticism and maybe fix the things people are complaining about. Maybe take those reviews down, they’re about as real as that PhD you have lol

I have watched some of her videos on Facebook and these methods are not methods professional dog trainers use. Very sad to see forceful methods used today in dog training. Response to her response below. My dogs are not only rewarded with treats but they are rewarded which is the main thing. Also I wouldn’t call forcing a dog into a down but stepping on the leash balanced training.

Perfect for my happy energetic hyper staffy. Love all of the sessions. 4 until now my dog is very well listening to commands. Still try to make habit for him….thank you very much Dr Stephanie. Nice work.

Having seen her YouTube videos, I was shocked at her training methods. Her down command video is especially distressing. No trainer in their right mind would use her methods – positive reinforcement is how you train dogs, not through fear and intimidation.

take your dog here if you’re hoping to completely ruin them. the woman that runs this “training” centre abuses the dogs in her care, and promotes abusive training techniques.

We had an aggressive rottie that bite and nipped everyone so we decided to call in Dr Stephanie to come visit to solve the issue. She solved everything with the touch and sound correction that we seen inside the dog whisper show but she has more power when fixing Teddy up with the serious aggression issue. She told us it was our energy that effected the dog. Dr Stephanie is professional with her service would highly recommend Alpha Female K9 Academy for anyone who needed serious behaviour issue fix

Stephanie has trained my poodle puppy to her best of abilities and she’s very professional at her job as a dog psychologist I would highly recommended to anyone who has dogs with her intense training that lasted for 2 hours each session. Very happy

Alpha Female K9 Academy has well structured courses, with practical hands on training and guidance. The 8 Week Obedience Course teaches all the basic obedience you’d want your dog to know. Stephanie is a dog psychologist, so the course is catered to your dogs learning style. Highly recommended.

Alpha Female K9 Academy is top class. Stephanie is the consumate professional. I never thought I’d be able to do half the things she has me doing with my German Shepard pup. She has so much knowledge and she really is passionate about what she does as a trainer. Her passion means that the way she trains you and your dog is so thorough and she really works with you and tailors the training specific to your dog. I would highly recommend Alpha Felamle K9 Academy. I tried other training before and got nowhere with my dog, but she has given me the skills to become the pack leader and now I really feel like I know what I am doing with my pup. If you are thinking about getting a dog trainer, if definitely give her a call. She is always on time and comes totally prepared for the sessions!!
