Great. Arrived close to time and was straight in to see the Vet. Very thorough and did not hurt my girl when giving her shots. Friendly staff always and obviously love their animals. We have been clients through multiple generations of our pets and wouldn’t go anywhere else than Hume or Melrose.

Excellent, saw my cat inbetween appointments as she was had a seizure which was due to high blood pressure. Let me know b4 hand cost of appointment which was all good. Kept her till closing to monitor and made sure understood her tablets. 2nd visit very caring showed us to a room. Vet rang later to give update and then later a vet nurse rang to see if I had been contacted Kept for monitoring till afternoon, all good and made sure understood medication

End of life of our beautiful Princess! I cannot express fully our utmost gratitude to the staff and Dr Arthur Fraunfelder for their kind, sensitive and thoughtful care of us and our family pet. They were very warm during our entire visit right from when we arrived. I know these kind of visits must be heartbreaking for all staff and I extend my respect to you all for the job you do!! Thank you for being gentle with Princess and providing us the care and respect during our time of grief!!😔😔

Love Hume Vets! Arthur is still present and active in animal care and the nurses and vets know their stuff! I never worry about my fur babies when I bring them in I know they’ll get the best care and I’ll get regular updates on them.
