My dog was desexed today and without seeking my permission, Batemans Bay Veterinary Clinic took the liberty of performing ‘extra’ services on my dog at my expense. He had five teeth removed, he was microchipped for the second time, given flea/tick treatment and was vaccinated. I am not impressed and I would not recommend this money making vet clinic to anyone.

We have taken all our dogs to this clinic over 13 years and have been so well looked after by all the team at the practice. So professional with empathy and understanding every time. Sadly recently we had to have our beautiful dog Banjo euthanised suddenly and we had peace of mind knowing we were in the best hands well cared for. Paula is very caring and Michelle is always their to assist with any inquiry making sure to have a smile on her face all the time. Would highly recommend this clinic and the team

Brought my dog to her after hrs (saturday)she said she couldn’t do an X-ray on him till Monday because she had no staff so I was gonna wait till Monday like she said, then next day (sunday)my dog’s breathing was worse so I took him to another vet which they X-rayed his lungs straight away with only the vet by herself to do it and long story short my best friend in the entire world died 3 days later at only 6 years old, they said he would have had alot better chance if they got to him earlier, the owner of veterinary clinic in surfside is an unfeeling person and only cares about money, she killed my best friend!!!.

We took our little Griffon to this vet while on holidays. She had been coughing non stop for 24 hrs. Paula, the vet, diagnosed correctly something that was difficult to diagnose and with the correct medicine she has now recovered 3 days later. Thank you.
