Poor service from this branch. Walked in and checked in, no one was at the front desk checking to make sure, I had to walk up to a staff member to show my tick. Spent 10 or so minutes looking at items, picked what I wanted, and stood at the checkout for 15-20 minutes, while staff were walking past back and forth talking to each other. Being the only customer in the entire store with 4 toys to buy, there was no excuse to be ignored. Would not recommend.

My big boy Rocky can be quite nervous with noises and new places. The team here are just wonderful and so patient with him. He always comes out looking amazing and meticulously manicured. Also smells beautiful after his oatmeal bath and coat conditioner. The freebies that the staff at checkout are very much appreciated. The store and grooming area are always spotlessly clean and I highly recommend their service.
