Staff the old lady is very rude and unprofessional the doctor give the wrong medication to my 3 yo dog and he is very sick since then doctor he called my phone and swearing at me Over the phone i wonder who does that to give the wrong medication and call me and be rude over the phone and swear at me if not happy don’t come here that rude my poor puppy is sick because off you doctor

Due a lockdown and covid. This vet if you visit. You only can make appointment and drive to a carpark. Once you parking your car and they have a staff to serve you and you don’t have to going inside and they will take care your pets. After they finished and they will bring back your pets in the carpark. Love this service.

Money is the first priority like most vets. Just a bit callus and lacking lustre. Is what it is when that’s your job I suppose but there are some truly caring vets out there. Great Western vet near went maccas are absolutely amazing and I plan on returning. Have honestly never felt so warm since Ingrid retired from Pendle hill vet. Now I found great Western I am wrapped.

I called on Wednesday to make an appointment ASAP for my 2 cats vaccinations, they said they can’t do today but they can do 6pm Friday. So today (Friday) I caught my 2 cats, which wasn’t easy, and got them to vet at 5:58pm. Receptionist says hello, i assume she has worked out who we are. After 10 mins in the waiting room and 2 other people coming in the receptionist asks me who I have, I tell her my cats names, she says their appointment is next week. I told her I was told to come in on Friday, she says it was next week – the phone conversation was 2 days ago, no date was specified so if they say come in Friday you assume the same week right? It was so hard to catch my cats and one of my cats gets car sick, I asked her could they just have the quick vaccination today, I was happy to wait an hour or whatever until other people were done. She says “no we are full”. We went to Winston Hills vet who understood our situation and squeezed us in
