Me and 4 other customers were in the store before 10am because the doors were left open. Our bad for not seeing the hours, but the doors were wide open. Me and another guy ahead where at the register and when a worker finally realized we where here, she rudely told us we were to early and walked away. Luckily the next worker to walk in was very nice and he rang me up. Overall just the AM crew is unprofessional and zero customer service focus. The evening crew is always nice and willing to help people.

Adam decided to cancel our appointment even though he said he was available. He has never groomed our pet but decided he can’t take us as his client and no reason was given. Thank you Adam for letting us know the type of person you are. Thankfully for our pet we care about the type of service and treatment they receive. And no, cutting a dog’s quick and making them bleed is not common. Experienced groomers don’t make dog’s nails bleed.

Do not take your pet for grooming! After using their services for years now, my 11 yr old 8 lb Chihuahua mix was traumatized. They they put the leash around her neck and DRAGGED her to the back. When I asked why they don’t pick her up, THEY said it’s policy not to pick up animals!! They have treated my dog with gently before! I even told them they’re were going to hurt her or cause a heart attack! The other groomers chipped in saying it’s policy??? The groomer was scary as she had everything pierced on her face!!! Do NOT take your chances with this grooming salon!!

While I’m usually on a swift mission, I always make time to pause and check out the chinchillas and gerbils. PetSmart maintains a well-kept and engaging small animal section, allowing customers to interact and observe these adorable creatures.
One area where PetSmart falls short is in its koi supply section. Unfortunately, it doesn’t offer a robust selection for enthusiasts of these beautiful fish. It would be beneficial if they could expand and diversify their offerings for koi enthusiasts.
Overall, PetSmart serves as a reliable one-stop shop for pet essentials. It excels in providing a hassle-free experience for cat owners like myself, particularly for purchasing necessities like cat litter. The well-maintained small animal section is a highlight, offering a delightful diversion during visits. However, the limited koi supply section is an area for potential improvement. Despite this, PetSmart remains a valuable resource for pet owners seeking convenience and variety.
