Dr. Sonja is AMAZING. She is so thorough and really takes the time to assess her patients. Have bought two dogs and a cat to her and she is the best. Will never go to another vet! My animals are usually scared with vets but they all seem to adore her! Highly recommend.

Our beautiful old cat was very sick and was being looked after by Vet Hannah from Wet Nose. Hannah is an amazing vet and all my animals responded well to her every time she walked in to our home. Hannah is very respectful and very thoughtful at all times when in my home. When my cat stopped responding to medication it was time to say good bye. My Children and I took her to Animal Options Vet. The staff at Animal Options are amazing. We were given a room, with a bed for our beloved cat, and soft lighting. They explained everything for the children to understand and gave both of them a teddy bear to cuddle. We were given as much time as we needed with her during every stage. It was wonderful how they sedated our beautiful cat before saying our final good bye. Thank you for all your patients and support to make the experience as gentle as possible.

For a practice that claims to follow a holistic approach I found their business ethics to be mean spirited and petty.
Helpful ReviewMy daughter took our cat who has been fighting a fatal illness for the past several months to see them for a 3:30pm appointment, paying an extra $20 for a few small tins of food as well as $75 for the consultation. Medication was suggested but we already had it at home.
We later discovered the special syringe to administer the medication was missing and being 5:30pm I approached a vet local to my work to see if they could help. They didn’t have a spare but offered to fill a script if we called Animal Options.
They refused to send a script unless I paid another $20 claiming it was a liability issue… pardon!? We’d already had a consultation 2 hours earlier where this product was prescribed!! Had this happened with a human in general practice the doctor would have written the script without hesitation.
I find their illogical rationality justifying their decision illustrated their lack of compassion for our situation and shows that all they care about is extracting money from people…. A classic case of double dipping. I will never take an animal to this practice again.
