They care about my cats and are very thorough. The nurses over the phone are knowledgeable and accommodating, especially when the issue is urgent. I have never had trouble getting in on the same day when something unexpected happens. They don’t mind the many questions I ask, and try to save me money where possible.

Grossly overbooked place, you have to park 500m away, cross busy road with ur pet in a tow, then sit outside ( in their car park actually, with cars reversing within 1 m of your pet) and wait until a receptionist will pick up a phone, then put you on hold for another “few” minutes. Even for the price its cheap, in all sense of it.

Helpful ReviewWe try to ensure we have enough parking for all our booked appointments, but sometimes emergency cases come in which exhausts all the parking spots. With Covid we tried to reduce the risk to our clients by having people call on arrival. The great news is that we opened our doors back like many businesses so we hope this will be much more suitable in the future. This will also help with us trying to manage the parking for our clients by reducing the time required onsite.
We try our best each day to ensure a great experience, but we clearly didn’t meet this for you. Thank you again for the feedback and will continue to refine our operations to provide the best service possible.
