Highly recommended had my dog clipped under anesthetic because he bites Paula did an amazing job ..and the vets there are excellent..Will fit you in if you have an emergency..10/10

I have received nothing but love and care from the staff at Oxenford Vet. They have diligently looked after my two anxious dogs and had always listened to me and involved me in their care. Thank you to the kind receptionists who always answer the phone with a smile in their voice and helped us enter the practice safely and avoid other dogs. Thank you to Dr Wittey for providing my girls with exceptional care. She managed my very anxious and reactive dog so well, I had no fear of bringing her in! And a huge thank you to Dr Wittey, Dr Chris, and the nurses who were there for us when our old girl had to be put to sleep. Your care and compassion will always remain with us

We have been coming to Oxenford vets for over 10 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Not only do they make your pets feel comfortable, they also make you feel comfortable and reassuring that everything will be ok with your Fur-baby from minor – extensive treatment. Chris and his team are super friendly/ helpful and couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Hands down the best Vets on the Gold Coast and very reasonable!!😊

Took my pooch to see these guys as she needed her nails clipped. My girl has an issue with this and normally requires sedation to get the job done. I dropped her off and 15 minutes later had a call to say she had been done, with no sedation. This is a dog who I have watched 1 vet and 4 nurses try to hold down, and STILL not be able to clip her nails yet these guys did it with ease. I have since taken two of my other pets there because of their patience, understanding and thoroughness. They really are about the best interest and well being of the animal and not their revenue. Not overpriced, even on products, with a genuine heart – it’s hard to find so I will be returning now that I have. Great vet.

Last Thursday we urgently needed to get our unwell sausage dog Alfie into our local vet at Maudsland after a late night emergency trip Wednesday. It was upsetting that they couldn’t fit us in, and gave us no real solution. We tried Oxenford Vet but had no real hope of actually getting an appointment. Much to our surprise they had no hesitation in telling Alfie to get there as soon as possible. The level of service was incredible! Alfie is now on the mend and this wouldn’t be possible without the friendly team at Oxenford. We thank you and will now be returning customers 🙂

They are the most amazing caring wonderful people and I am so truly grateful that I have had them in my life over the past 11 years but especially the last few couple of years having a few emergencies and difficult experiences with my Mini Schnauzer who means more to me than I ever thought possible. I went to this vet hoping for quality service since reading so many great reviews. I was disappointed with this. The team weren’t at all very friendly and my consultation felt quite rushed and not personal. I also felt the cost for the service I received was quite excessive. I didn’t receive a receipt to show what I was actually paying for nor did I receive physical results for a test that was taken which considering the cost I felt I was entitled to. I also prefer to use natural remedies before giving my animals any sort of drugs and this vet I felt just wanted to dose my cat up on prescription medications. Overall I got a bad vibe from this place, it didn’t feel genuine or caring at all and the lack of communication with what treatment was being provided to my cat whilst out of sight felt worrying.
