We visited this vet after a very traumatic experience where our dog was attacked by another dog. We used the emergency call out service and met the Vet at the clinic for help.
Helpful ReviewI cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for the service provided, especially when it can be quite hard to take for the Vets themselves when the situations can be terrible.

My 11yo dog had a tumour removed. The care that every single person at Parap vets showed was really heartwarming! They went above and beyond to make sure she was happy and comfortable. From my side of it, they explained everything in such detail and promptly booked in her treatment. The follow up was great. Overall the best experience was 10/10. Thank you!!

Very disappointed experience. We have three cats and we go there every year for the last three years. The doctor asked us if we got any questions as usual. We told her one of the cat always wee on the bed. The doctor took my cat out for 7-8 mins to check with another doctor without telling us that was a consultation. We didn’t know that was a consultation and never see the another doctor (no conversation). After finish the original vaccination they charged me extra 82 dollars. I got a receipt and checked it when I back home, I called them back straight away, unprofessional responded.

My little Chihuahua girl was a very unwell girl with the attention she received with tests they gave her she was relaxed as ever was never stressed and the antibiotics and with the painkiller & temperature control she feels much better. Thank you doctors for helping my girl to get better and your advice, she is back to herself and a happy girl.

The receptionist was very unfriendly. I bought a medication for my dog.Wrong medicine name & instruction on the paper. Very unprofessional.

The manager reacted very fast and correct the medication dosage. They promise it would not happen again. Even though I have already throw the medicine into bin. I really appreciated their attitude to fix the problem. That’s why I changed to 3 stars.

When I called told me what was wrong with my dog was an emergency and needed to go to the vet but couldn’t move anything around for an appointment, was told to get an uber from parap to litchfield (as I can’t drive). Very disappointed, and not the first time it’s happened either. Doesn’t feel like they care about their clients.

Great vet clinic. Looked after me so well when I first moved to Darwin and my dog died suddenly. I wasn?t even a customer but they treated me so well. Now I have just bought a new puppy and have started going here as my regular vet, and could not wish for better service and help with my new pup. Highly recommended and so glad I found this vet
