Went to PetSmart in Parker today and needed some crickets. No pre-bagged crickets and it was busy. I figured I’ll just get some myself rather than bother an associate. Had bagged about five when a very angry female worker with short dark hair snatched the bag, said they are not self serve, dumped them out, and said if I need help I need to press a button. Seemed very spiteful instead of just taking the chance to educate and help a customer. Walked out. Not returning. Never seen someone so drunk on so little power. All hail the cricket queen.

This store has sold me a Plecostomus with ICH. I am highly disappointed. I have not even had the Plecostomus in my sons tank with my other fish for a full week yet. My son has had his fish for over 2 years now and none of them have died until this sucker fish was put into the tank. Now he has lost all 9 of his fish.

Signed up for beginning training sessions. First two went fine, our trainer was sick the next two week. We showed up to session and then we’re told it would not be happening. Finei understand nothing you can do about being sick. Call us before the session time. Then the trainer was on vacation the following two weeks, which we were never told about until I called to confirm we were actually meeting. 0/10 recommend doing training with them. Super unprofessional throughout the whole process.

Didn’t give us a call to tell us our dog was fine with her grooming appointment then closed early and when they saw me banging on the door to try to get in and pick her up they ignored me and then turned the lights off. The next day they called the cops on us for abandoning our dog. Also the new hairdo looks like Stevie Wonder tried his hand at dog grooming.

Everyone was very helpful, shelves were stocked, lots of selections and varieties, store was clean and organized, but they’re out of the litter I use, unfortunately. I can’t switch my 12 year old cats litter now, so I’ll have to order online.

Always has what we need. Dog toys are kind of pricey but I think that’s just cause everything is pricey now. They will accept returns if your dog tears through a toy quickly which is nice
