wouldn’t recommend taking your animal here at all. this place isnt even worth 1 star. i took my 13 year old pomeranian here to get his yearly cut as it was coming to summer and we received a phone call saying that he has broken the hook of his tail. Instead of caring for our family pet and taking him to the vet he called us stressing that blood was everywhere in his parlour. I have never seen my dog in so much pain and it was so upsetting as he was such a loving old pomeranian. a month later the vet had to put him under surgery to cut half his tail off because the part he broke has died off. then the groomer was complaining about paying the vet bills and was saying that what he done was our fault because his tail had a few knots, if he had cared for our animal and his health he wouldnt be ripping at his hair. once everything was finalising a few months later he had passed away. if only we knew how this company treated our dog when he was going for his yearly grooms he would still be here today. I would not recommend taking your pets here. we are so very heartbroken

At first i was a little off put by there attitude towards me. I was happy with the cut both my toy poodles recieved. Both my dogs seemed happy which indicates to me they were treated well. Especially Jaffa my girl who is a rescue and very timid due to a hard previous life. Overall i was happy with there service towards my dogs, but not towards me. Jaffa is still under medical attention to vercome her years of neglect so they may have miss represented this towards me, so i will give them a pass on this.
