Reviewed on GoogleWe stayed here for 2 nights. Glenys and Mark were really excellent hosts giving great suggestions in the local area. The room had a living room and private garden. It was tidy and well supplied and the owners had obviously considered its design in a lot of detail. Location is also excellent with a great cafe opposite and right on Hyams beach.

Reviewed on GoogleRecently stayed at The Terrace courtyard for a weekend away and it was absolutely the best choice we have made. Situated in a wonderful spot of Hyams, the location to the beach and breakfast with some great coffee closeby made it worthwhile. Making use of their BBQ on offer, sitting in the courtyard enjoying a glass of red and listening to mother nature. Super clean place! Mark and Glenys are absolutely wonderful hosts. Thankyou!

Reviewed on GoogleWe stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. Glenys and Mark are the perfect hosts- there if you need them, not there if you don’t. Glenys helped book us into a popular local restaurant and was always on hand if we needed anything . Their place is immaculate ! The cleanest B&B we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen facilities are more than adequate, the sheets and towels are super soft and the private yard was a delightful place to spend the afternoon. A fantastic coffee shop is only across the road and the beach, a short 2 min walk. We will definitely be returning.

Reviewed on GoogleWe have spent our 5th anniversary and surprised engagement at Jervis Bay. I must say that my partner did an excellent job with looking for a perfect place for us to stay at. Glenys gave us a warm welcome and she gave us a great tour of the terrace suite. We are impressed on how they implement the COVID-19 guidelines by maintaining the social distance and the impeccable cleanliness of the suite was impressive.||||All suites have their respective electronic door locks. This was a big plus for anyone who will go to the beach as you do not need to carry anything, you just need to memorise the code combination and that is it! In addition to this, the bathroom has heated floors and rails. How amazing! The location of the B&B is perfect. It is a minute walk from the cafe and the beach. ||||What I love the most with Glenys and Mark’s B&B is it is very personalised. When we stepped into the door of our terrace suite, we actually felt like we are at home and it just gave us a big hug. Glenys also gave good recommendations to my fiancée where we can go for dinners, activities etc. She was so helpful and my fiancée can’t thank her enough. Mark has been such a great help. Any issues were being actioned ASAP. There were no excuses, they came down ASAP and started fixing any issues we had. ||||We will definitely recommend this place to our families and friends. 🙂

Reviewed on GoogleI just finished a beautiful 2 night stay here in the Garden terrace with my partner and it was absolutely incredible. We both wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy Sydney and what a place to relax. Glenys (the owner) was so welcoming and showed us to our room. She was lovely and super informative. The location of the room is perfect and seconds from seaman’s beach / Hyams beach which we both agreed is the nicest beach we have ever visited in our 25 years of living. It was so relaxing and picturesque and on top of that coming back to a clean and fresh room, rounded off the days perfectly. There was no noise other than the ocean at night and if you like star gazing, sitting outside of the room is a prime location for watching the stars. We will 100% be back soon, thank you Glenys and Mark,
much love,
Bec and Beth

Reviewed on GoogleThis is one of the nicest B&Bs we have ever stayed at, anywhere. The location is magnificent, the apartments are private, well designed and sparkling clean, and Glenys and Mark are welcoming, gracious hosts who will ensure your stay is pleasurable and trouble free. For instance, we brought bicycles that needed secure storage, so they provided a place, outside but under cover, which was perfect for our needs.||Hyams is a very small village, but there’s a great cafe almost directly across the street from the property serving breakfast and good coffee, and selling meal packs if you don’t care to drive to Huskisson for dinner.||Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer on this occasion, but we’re already planning our next visit later in the year. Thanks guys!

Reviewed on GoogleWe have visited Hyams Beach and Jervis Bay many times, but for our anniversary we stayed here and it has been our best experience! ||Glenys and Mark are gracious hosts, the room was very clean and well designed, and feels like a home away from home (with a spectacular view over Hyams Beach). Only a minute to get to the famous Hyams Beach cafe and a minute more to get to the beach. It was wonderful coming back to the room after a day full of hiking and swimming – we will most certainly be back! ||||We recommend staying here!

Reviewed on GoogleThis was the 2nd time we have stayed at HBB&B and we loved it just as much as the 1st.||Glenys and Mark are great hosts (easy check-in, helpful information) the B&B is perfectly located 50m from the whitest sand you’ve ever seen and the terrace has everything needed for a relaxing beach side stay.||Highly recommended!

Reviewed on GoogleHyams Beach B&B is the perfect place for a weekend couples getaway. We stayed in the Garden Room and could see the water from our small private terrace and hear the waves at night. The only cafe in town is across the street, and the beach is a 2-minute walk. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. ||Despite bushfires along the South Coast, Jervis Bay has not been affected, and it’s absolutely worth the trip this summer because the crowds are thinner than usual.

Reviewed on GoogleHighly recommend a stay at Hyams Beach Bed & Breakfast. The accommodation is well appointed, thoroughly cleaned and perfectly located across the road from the local cafe, white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.||Our hosts offered us such a warm welcome and set us on the right path with recommendations of things to do and where to eat around the region. They didn’t lead us astray once.

Reviewed on GoogleWe love Jervis Bay, Hyam’s Beach in particular, and we’ve stayed at a few houses in the area over the years. HBB&B is the one we come back to because you can’t beat it for comfort and location for two people.||We stay in The Terrace, which is the ground floor apartment with private lawn. It has a full kitchen, but you won’t need it with the cafe a 2 min walk away – head over for brekkie and coffee in the morning, and take away fish and chips is a great option for lunch at the beach, which is only a short walk away. Bring a bottle of wine and enjoy a glass on the lawn in the afternoon sun. You won’t want to leave this place.||I highly recommend sleeping with the bedroom doors open (it has insect screens) so you can hear the waves. If you’re lucky you’ll also see some Australian wildlife grazing on the grass at night. We were greeted by kangaroo in the driveway when we arrived home from dinner on our first night, and a bilbly on the Terrace lawn the second night. A sure sign that the eco-system is healthy in the area.||We were worried about coming this year because of the recent fires, but on the drive from Sydney you will see nothing of the devastation that occurred a little south of Jervis Bay. Aside from a small amount of burnt leaves in the water, you would never know. The place is booming with visitors and everything is open.||If the fires are a concern, download the “NSW Fires Near Me” app and set an alert for anything happening within 20kms, however everything (in this area at least) appears to be under control.||We’ll be back, sooner rather than later.

Reviewed on GoogleMy husband and I just checked out of the Courtyard suite here, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space is very clean and well maintained. We were very comfortable staying here the past few days. The famous Hyams Beach is such a short walk from here, and Huskisson and other attractions are only a short drive away! We would definitely recommend this place to others visiting the area. Mark and Glenys are very knowledgable of the area and are very hospitable!

Reviewed on GoogleEscaping to the hidden treasure of Hyams Beach B& B should be on everyone’s bucket list.
I had a warm and friendly greeting by the proprietors Glenys & Mark, who were a wealth of information about the local attractions and restaurants in the nearby towns. I highly recommend taking the breakfast option offered by the B&B at the Hyams Café just opposite. If you happen to visit in winter as I did, definitely try the Moroccan cous cous porridge, just divine!
I stayed in the beautifully decorated Terrace Suite, on the ground level at the front of the property. It offered every amenity in the room that you could possibly imagine, more than most 5 star hotels. It was absolutely pristine clean and the crisp white sheets were an absolute treat, as was the heated bathroom floor.
Would love to come back in the summer to experience swimming at Hyams Beach, which is only a 2min walk away. (And yes, it’s true – Hyams Beach really does have the whitest beach sand in the world.
