Reviewed on GoogleJan 2024. The house gives you a feel of what it would have been like living here a century ago. Today you enjoy well appointed rooms, well stocked kitchen and fridge, modern bathroom with large spa, swimming pool with manicured lawns and gardens. You would be hard pressed to find a fault. Great value for money.

Reviewed on GoogleOne of the most stunning places we have ever stayed. Each beautiful suite comprises a comfortable lounge and bedroom, stunning bathroom and well fitted kitchen. The attention to detail in the furnishings is incredible, the fridge is stocked full of provisions with port and chocolates as an extra treat. Centrally situated in Goolwa, this is the most amazing BnB and I look forward to returning.

Reviewed on GoogleThe perfect getaway place. The accommodation is luxurious. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of breakfast items. And they have a great in-ground pool.
And only a short walk to the Goolwa Hotel for a fabulous meal, down to the wharf for a casual stroll.
Across the road is Jack’s Place where you can get a really lovely snack and, in my opinion, one of the best coffees in Goolwa.
Rose Eden is perfectly situated near most of your holiday needs. We will keep going back!

Reviewed on GoogleRight from the start, Terry has been so helpful during these challenging Covid times. we booked for three nights (coming from Victoria – initially with various Border restrictions) on our way to Kangaroo Island. Rose Eden House is wonderful, so generous in size (three rooms plus two balconies). Initially built in 1876, it’s been beautifully adapted into four very separate suites (all for couples). The gardens are magnificent, and there is a swimming pool for exclusive guest use. the breakfast provisions are most generous. Goolwa is most interesting, being the main port at the mouth of the Murray River and the gateway to the wonderful Coorong National Park.
