Judy and Graham are the most wonderful hosts. The Gatehouse is a perfect getaway. Quiet, private and extremely well equipped. Beautiful gardens and views. We used it as a base and had the best time wandering around the Lakes district and Gippsland.

The views from this B & B are spectacular. 5 minutes by car from the town center. And Judy is charming, from the first moment she placed us in the village and informed us of everything we could do. And it was she who gave us the Sardine Restaurant. Congratulations Judy, The Point for us has been the ideal accommodation !!

Las vistas desde ste B & B son espectaculares. A 5 minutos en coche del centro del pueblo. Y Judy es encantadaroa, desde el primer momento nos situó en el pueblo y nos informó de todoo que podíamos hacer. Y fué ella quien nos refomendó el Restaurante Sardine. Felicidades Judy, The Point para nosotros ha sido el alojamiento ideal!!

Gorgeous location with beautiful views of Gippsland Lakes. The guest suite is very private, beautifully decorated with relaxing colours, great artwork and roomy living area, all on the top floor of this amazing, award-winning home. Hosts are very welcoming, generous and great cooks. An ideal location for relaxation and within easy walking distance to the waterfront, restaurants and shopping in Paynesville. Would recommend most highly and I hope to stay again.
