The premises are reminiscent of a back yard mechanic. Dr Bek has a terrible bedside manner. She is more concerned about voicing her own personal issues rather than showing empathy for her client. She comes across as to be all about the money. She claims that she cares about the animals but if you can’t pay upfront too bad so sad. She does not respond to emails even though she claims that she will. Give this vet a wide berth and go elsewhere.

The whole team at AAD were so lovely and kind. My 18 month dog HATES going to the vet and gets extremely anxious (outside of the vets he’s actually quite chill). Dr Bek was so patient with him and suggested we try going outside. He was much calmer for that and we managed to get him examined with not too much fuss. I’ve been to other vets (in Melbourne) whose default is to muzzle him, but Dr Bek gave him the time and space he needed. It nearly made me cry she was just so patient with him. Fantastic team at reception also.

Friendly, helpful staff and so good with my old dog. I loved that they put her on some good joint supplements/took a holistic and long term approach to her health rather than the standard “treat the immediate problem and that’s it” approach.
I only wish they were closer to Melbourne so the could be my regular vet rather than my holiday emergency vet!

First attendance here for my very sick cat..possible snake bite. Found the staff friendly and concerned. Cat remained in care for 3 days and was in a stable condition when collected. Very little ongoing advise on home care was given on collection which was the only slight on the episode. Cat has fully recovered, seemingly with out issue.

Dr Bek and her wonderful team have helped my little Revan through some very complicated medical issues.
Dr Bek is exceptionally knowledgeable and patient, and clearly has a true passion for her job and seeking the best outcome for all of her patients.
Revan and I are lucky to have her as our doctor!

Bek is lovely and sorted out our cats cat bites in no time. She is so nurturing and gentle in her approach which puts the animals at ease. She is also incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We’re really lucky to have such a great vet so close by.
