Have been waiting since August 2022 to get a follow up for my dog, who needs a skin tag removed. Had a sample taken from a lump under the tag, which cost over $200, results were inconclusive. Called the clinic 3 times to try to speak with a vet regarding skin tag removal… no response!! I paid $200 for nothing and will now look at taking my dog elsewhere!

This is an excellent vetinary service. All of the staff are wonderful and caring. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Also fees are inline with standard vet fees. I highly recommend them not matter the animal or reason, from annual shots to emergencies.

My dog Basil is all wags when he visits Pt Kennedy Vets, Dr Nicole is a passionate animal lover, her compassion for animals shines through her consultations and interactions with our Beagle, Basil. The hospital understand our anxious boy and always make an effort to make him feel safe and loved. We are part of the well-being program and find this reasonable in cost and good value for money, adding discount to our visits procedures and products. Thanks again to the wonderful team, who continue to support us as Basil enters his 11th lap around the sun.

I had a really poor experience with Dr Josh, my cats last hours were full of pain and suffering as Josh didn’t want to properly review him because in his stress my cat had made a mess of himself. My concerns were raised to the surgery but I received no adequate response.
I am beyond heartbroken and simply devastated that my boy had to suffer. I am so grateful to the Vet at Baldivis Emergency who were able to quickly nd efficiently diagnose and put my poor baby to peace.
