Absolutely disgusting customer services, admits they will put any healthy pet down if a owner wants it done, instead of trying to help them.
Why be in the animal industry to help animals when you are happy to euth a healthy 3 year old cat, that a rescue was waiting for!!!
When I wouldn’t tel the lady on the front desk where i worked she told me i wouldn’t be hearing back from her to know if the cat actually was euthed or not.
Would never trust a vet clinic that wont help healthy animals

Highly recommend this vet clinic, absolutely wonderful people. I had my young cat at the clinic for a week, the way they looked after her was amazing. So helpful and caring, couldn’t ask for a better vet clinic!

Phil more of a dog lover than cat lover but that’s ok . I took them in for their vaccinations and Connie was losing a bit of weight. After he reassured me she was fine, he did what was needed and handled them well. They were good for him. Lovely staff there as well.

Took my 15 yo girl cat there as I could tell the cancer had her. She jumped on the floor to keep cool so I left her till the vet came in. He walked in didn’t even say hello . Complaining that I didn’t have my little mate in a crate. Wlaked in and picked her up and she basically panicked herself to death because he didnt give me a chance to pick her up.When I said I was just leaving her comfortable ,He said well she ain’t to comfortable mate do you see how she’s breathing it’s like u trying to breath underwater. Staff couldn’t even be bothered to pump up the table so I could sit her up there and talk to her. Got 5 mins to say goodbye and 2 mins after I left the room the vet couldn’t be bothered to say its done. Never felt so guilty about taking one of my mates to say good bye

I loved my dog for 13 years and took my dog here because he got very sick and had to be put down and the vet gave him a injection to end he’s suffering and this so call vet got the measurement completely wrong and had to run off and get another dose,mean time my dog was having convulsions and when he gave Hoover the second injection it squirted all over my shirt,DO NOT take you’re beloved pet to this man he is a BUTCHER

My partner and I were travelling through the area have never experienced a vet quite like this. Our two dogs had got into a fight and in fairness they were able to fit us to see them immediately that day. The team were rude and seemed uninterested in our dogs (apart from one younger friendly woman). Barely looked at, touched or examined them. Snide remarks about the level of care we take of them presumably because they got into a fight. Vet implied he might have to call the police if one of our dogs did not get timely treatment due to an injury from the fight.
We were happy book another consult with a different veterinary and got the necessary surgical treatment for our dog. The team there were very caring and professional. Chalk and Cheese experience really…

Do not take your pet here. We went to this vet after my dog had a seizure and he failed to do any investigations/tests. We went back a second time when my dog had an ear infection and was displaying obvious signs of distress and discomfort. He brushed it off and said it was allergies without swabbing his ear, listening to his heart rate or taking his temperature. I had to request that he take his temp and he reluctantly did. My dog is prone to ear infections and I knew full well that he had one stating that normally other vets provide us with ear drops. Post this visit my dog became even sicker with high fevers and severe pain so we ended up taking him to Adelaide to see a proper vet who actually gave him the antibiotics he needed.

The most rude vet I have been to. told me if I want to look after my cat!!! Who is a very healthy 11, then I have to buy her $70 cat food and threw her around like a toy even though I told him she does not like being touched. Very disappointed

Fantastic staff who performed euthanasia painlessly and humanely. While a truly terrible day for me, Dr. Taylor and his staff made things as comfortable as they could be. I would recommend coming here to anyone with a pet as the staff were professional while showing empathy and dealing with me bawling my eyes out.

My mother went into this vet for an emergency appointment as our dog had inhaled grass burs and had temporarily stopped breathing. The owner was extremely rude, telling her to go back where she came from and that she was not welcomed here. She left the premise in tears and they decided to still bill her for NOTHING!

Very professional and helpful staff. Rang the after hours number and was given great information, went in during the week and was seen to in the same manner. Was given multiple choices about treatments and not pressured into either one. Great value too. Will definitely come back with our pup.

Tried to call to take our dog in for an emergency appointment as she was very unwell and we were concerned. It was not very late at night and the clinic had only just closed. The vet was very rude to my partner, said not to bother taking the dog in and hung up the phone on my husband mid conversation.
