Zoe and her team are fantastic. I have been taking my dog Shadow here for a while and she always comes home beautiful. Zoe always shows care and concern for the pets she works with. Booking can be hard, just because Zoe is always busy. But I feel that is more a testament to her work.

Took my Black Labrador here and if my Labrador could talk she would tell me to never bring her back and that’s what we did. The look in her eyes told us this was the worst wash and experience she ever had. The owner was super rude to us as well. Please don’t send your Pet here.

Helpful ReviewBut if the dog was collected with such obvious issues eg limping legs why you didn’t mention anything when pick up or give us a call to discuss?! Sorry I can’t make up my head to think which dog that was, Cos everyone was happy, you are more than welcome to call us to discuss the case so I can at lease know which dog that was for more info why it might happen?! But once again. Really can’t think of who that was cos all of them was happily left the shop.
We do appreciate your time to put a feedback and review, whoever you bring puppy to would be nice to talk to the groomer if anything happen post grooming.

Really great experience. My puppies get very nervous around when being bathed, and cry and shiver. The owner was really calm with my puppies and made sure they were both comfortable, and ensured they were calm throughout the process They came out really happy and content – a first for them for bath time!

Helpful ReviewI simply can guess who you are, one of the neglected case of pom with badly matted condition, and yes we did charge 15 extra for the condition and if thats the case you now happy why left the shop without talking to us rather than giving a 1 start review with incorrect detailed feedback! Good luck finding another groomer for next session!

This use to be a great business. I have taken my dog here for over 10 years and the previous owners were fantastic.
The new owner has continuously complained about my dog and is very rude. I stayed for the continuity for my pet, but after extremely rude texs from her I will not be returning.

I am managing this business for over 6 years now and I groomed your schnauzer since I got the business! I don’t suddenly get rude after 6 years! If you are my regular you know that I never open on Monday and you came in on Monday to grab your leash without telling me and send me msg with extremely annoyed attitude and I don’t think I deserve this attitude, meanwhile our shop was under ceiling repairing process the day you came in and the builder told me you just walked in rude without even asking! This is not very nice at all! I treated Jaz like one of my own dog, we all aware that he is the highly unpredictable biter and I am the groomer trained him getting groomed without using muzzle which the previous owner always put muzzle on him no matter what! Few of my staff did get draw blood even me got bitten once, there is nothing wrong that we tell owner about how’s the dog going on the day for grooming, should take it like a complain as we never complain, also I believe if you think we complain about your dog and never take good care of your dog you would put up bad review long time ago! Sincerely when you put up a bad review, write truth and that will never misleading other new clients! A personal attack attitude is just very childish. And I am sorry for your dog’s lost for a good groomer and sad we end up business this way just over a leash not even grooming related! Good luck Jaz boy.

Took my puppy buttons today and he had matted hair and needed a groom. My dog is very attached to me and I was unsure what would happen as he was pulling away at first when I handed him over.
When I returned I saw a happy pup with the most amazing fluffy fur, and great hair cut, it’s the best he’s ever had! Thanks so much and we will be returning in the future 🙂

You judge yourself then decide to go there or not!
First Problem:
$25 for only 3 Minutes Nail Clipping and Polishing. In fact, she is charging $500 P/H and she is claiming that you are living in Australia so you should Pay More!
2nd Problem:
The Lady who I believe owns the business is REFUSES issuing TAX INVOICE which shows what she has done to your dog then after having a massive argument, very Rude by using too many F-Words she gives you a piece of paper which does not have any address, stamp or any sign of her business, completely handwritten!
She is also threatening you that she will call her “Police Friend” or her “Lawyer” if you are being harsh on her, while she is the person only uses F-Words
I do not understand why some people do not like to issue the TAX Invoice and instead of being nice regardless of their Very Expensive rate trying to fix and handle the situation with their Loud Voice and Rude manner!!!!!!
Think about this business before step inside and make everything clear many times.

You know Amir you could have a better life rather than go home leaving nasty review all over everywhere for a large breed dog’s nail cut! There shouldn’t be a business for people like you! Nasty and rude! Don’t know how to respect others! First time Walk in my shop after I close shop and cleaned up everything and insist asking me do cut your dog nail, I did it for you for 10 dollar because you didn’t ask for anything else! Second time you walk in my shop without any phone call or booking and step in front of my regular customer and forced me to stop everything to cut your dog nail again and ask me to cut them to perfect and make sure file all of them with grinder, ok that take extra staff to help and extra effort so I charged 25! No body complain about this price! You ask for more you pay for more! 5 mins job doesn’t mean the job is easy, you paying for my skills and experience, without all that your dogs nail might be cut too short to bleed and take long time to finish and might cos discomfort for the dog’s joint if handle them wrong way! Why you don’t try at home so you can save all your money! You are not paying for nothing! How rude. My customer was very shocked, later on they said to me when pick up their dog: poor Zoe hope you ok with that rude man! Seriously I don’t mind what people wrote as long as it’s true!

At first my dog (a tricky pomeranian) refused to go inside the store but by the time i went to pick him up, he was running the front so casually. The grooming and everything was great. Love their patience with explaining about the treatment for my dog and their prognosis with the grass seeds. He came out happy so that means despite him being a diffifult dog, i know they still treated him with care. 😊
