There was an employee handling a small snake when we went in and he was extremely knowledgeable about so much as far as the reptiles and arachnids are concerned. Really nice guy to talk to. And he answered all the questions my kids had.

The Petsmart staff was very helpful, and I was able to find everything I needed, including a quality cage, toys, and more. I brought home my sweet green-cheeked conure “Kiwi” from Petsmart recently. I went to two stores to observe the birds, and this 8-month-old baby had the most personality of four. We’re bonding well, and in just two weeks, Kiwi is hand-fed and loves apples, watermelon, and peanuts for treats. He is also already friendly with other people, stepping into their hands to accept treats.

I was greeted going in. After looking around and finding what I needed I asked if I could get some help, an associate came right away to help me find a budgie parakeet. I was explained everything, showed the extra one in the back and the prices were great. I recommend the Petsmart if you are near it.

I had my dog groomed today and they did a bad job they cut too much fur off his face and it’s like they didn’t even bathe him he smelled the same and I payed more the 100 and that’s what I get never taking my dog there again it’s ridiculous if I’m paying more then 100 dollars I should get good service

Used their pet hotel for the first time due to our normal places being full.. what a great first time experience! The customer service was great. Check in process a bit lengthy because of the paperwork. I wish that paperwork could be done online so that it’s a quicker drop off. Pick up was easy. The lady was super friendly and nice. The best part- the dogs didn’t smell like they usually do coming out of these kennels/pet motels. I’d be using them again!!!

Me and my daughter went to this location and she purchased a Guinea pig along with a dumbo rat. We stood back at the fish for a good 15 minutes while one employee flirted with a man and his child, not actually helping them get fish. When she finally decides to realize that other customers do exist and need help, she walks away from the object of her affections and asks another employee to help us. Well this employee whose name is Jeslyn was rude, she didn’t want to help us and acted like the pet rat would kill her she was scared to touch it. Slammed him into a small plastic house she turned upside down and used as a scooper. The Guinea pig she got angry with because he kept running under the hides they have in the enclosures, so she jerks him up bare handed while he squeals for his little life! I honestly thought she had hurt his internal organs or ribs:( and BTW the rat we purchased is the sweetest guy ever, Rufus won’t face any prejudice in our home for what species he is. And all the while she was checking her watch every couple minutes, if you don’t want to be somewhere and do your job just leave period. Customers are here to be happy, and have a good experience not deal with employees using work as Tinder, or having to deal with ones who are blowing, scared of the animals they sell or try and maim them up before you can purchase them and bring them home! Do better Petsmart with the people you hire:(
