Brought our dog here a while ago and noticed he was very anxious after his appointment. The lady who greeted us was aggressive and had a rude attitude, but we looked past this and decided to go ahead with the appointment, which we later realised was a terrible idea. When we got home we noticed one of our dogs eyes was bloodshot red, his general behaviour was unusual, and he was peeing uncontrollably. I have no idea what these people did to our dog, but I don’t wish it to happen to anyone else’s pet. Beware!!

Friendly, efficient and helpful. Gave my cavoodle a really thorough clean, wash and cut. Nails cut as well and all done in minimum time. Genuinely love animals

I am sooooo pleased with the way my puppy was groomed. The service was incredible and I felt so comfortable leaving my puppy. I showed an image of how i liked my puppy groomed and they did exactly that. Highly recommend.

After taking our dog Lulu to a few groomers we were very unhappy with their work…so as I was going to visit my sister decided to take Lulu our pomeranian to Handsome Pooch groomers Ramsgate. Let me tell you that from when we walked in Paula took her in her arms and made her feel calm explained everything and made me feel calm too…and when I picked her up I could not believe how cute she was looking and her fur was cut appropriately that I cried that finally we had found her a professional team…. Lulu will be back……took a photo after bringing her home taking a photo Lulu was so content she decided to smile for the camera….lol Thankyou!!

AVOID. I’m suspicious of the positive reviews for this business. I took my 6 month old puppy for his first groom here a while ago… It still haunts me. There was an almighty screaming coming from the back. Little did I know it was my own poor little pooch. Only when I got home did I see how badly he’d been injured with clippers to his undercarriage. He now hates going to all groomers; he’s been permanently traumatised.

I would like to thank Pauline for looking after my beloved Jaxon and Romeo when I lived in the area. They always looked amazing! Also they boarded with her twice during a long holiday and when I moved. My dogs were loved and well cared for and Pauline would send me short videos of their exciting Bush track walks. Thank you so much! I’m very sad now as both my doggies just unexpectedly passed from cancer in the last 9 months. We miss them so much, but wanted to thank Pauline for looking after them so well 🐶🐶
