As explained we do not demat, we do not believe in discomfort for your pets vanity. A cocker spaniel in full coat requires at least a monthly grooming appointment; and as was explained there were large matted areas on her chest, back legs and side skirt.

Best place to take your dog they will bath your pet & they clip your pets nails and clean there ears they are the best at giving your dog the best hair cut &they also colour your dog’s hair..🐾🐾

After picking up my pet there was uneven patches all over my dog and huge knots. And I had to walk into the groomer’s over an hour after my dog was finished, I didn’t even get notified. Poor thing was sitting in there, the owners didn’t even bother to contact me. Employees looked unprofessional as well, which explains the whole situation.

Once again an unwarranted review- as your pet was not left with any matting as she came in completely groomed as stated by yourself on drop off. Maggie was groomed to your specifications of only trimming the puppy hair and leaving the length, tidying the face. As stated before you were contacted when your pup was ready, we confirmed the number which you said was correct, when you came to collect. We wish you the best in finding a groomer who suits your needs.

Terribly cut, uneven patches everywhere, didn’t notify us that they were finished we only found out a hour later when we walked in, the place itself didn’t feel inviting and looks poorly managed.

Awesome business run by an awesome team. After a disastrous clip elsewhere, these ladies went out of their way to not only rectify the poor workmanship from the other party, but they also made my Koopa feel loved. The quality and the care was outstanding with a very professional, show quality grooming. Thank you from the bottom of both Koopa‘s and my heart. We will definitely see you again.
