Of course animals very rarely get sick between 9am – 5am Monday to Friday. This puppy had an allergic reaction late on Saturday night so I needed a vet that was reasonable close and open on Sunday. A number of Animal Hospitals are open 24 hours, but not many vets are open Sunday these days. I was pleased with the service. The vet was caring and administered effective treatment. I would definitely use this vet again.

I live on the Southside and my niece who lives at Red Hill needed my help as her cat was injured after a cat fight the night before. My niece was working all day Sunday so couldn’t take her much-loved feline to the vet. I picked up her injured cat and googled closest Vet near me & the Red Hill Veterinary Clinic was close by. The time was 11.30am on a Sunday and they closed at 12pm. The staff were so kind and accommodating. They thoroughly checked my nieces cat over and gave him medication. We were in and out within 20 minutes. They could have turned us away given we had no appointment and it was close to closing time….but they didn’t. I am extremely grateful to them for their professionalism and kindness. Thank you 🙏🏼

Great vets and staff! Our dogs have been well cared for over the last almost 2 years and we will continue to take them here. They have been great at accommodating a couple of emergency appointments at short notice. Only down side is that their retail products are overpriced.

Vet very friendly and gave heaps of treats to my dog. Receptionist took quite a while to answer phone and process payment, though she could have been busy. A certificate they completed was incomplete but it was fixed and emailed to me later.

They always took good care of our elderly dog, even popped by our house once to see her from home. We feel they always do their best to look after our furr babies. Fraser performed life saving surgery on our dog, removing her spleen. She recovered well and was treated with the utmost care and respect. Thank you Bonnie, Steph and Fraser for looking after our girl. And Marie for fielding the many worried phone calls from one distressed doggy Mumma!

Didn’t get any interaction with the vets but Danielle who works there was so helpful and kind to me. I took in one poor cat that had been hit by a car and she was so lovely and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for crying when the poor kitty died. The next day I took a husky in that thankfully didn’t get injured and she was lovely then too. I felt fine calling for an update on both animals and she was friendly and happy to provide one each time. If I had an animal of my own, I’d be confident taking it to Red Hill vets if all the staff are as great as her!

Fraser and his wonderful team have been our vet since moving to Brisbane a few years ago. Last week we had to say goodbye to our gorgeous golden retriever of 14.5 years. Fraser and his team were just so understanding and compassionate in what were such difficult circumstances for us. They truly cared for our pet to the end and Fraser gave just the right amount of information to us without being too clinical. For a vet who connects not just with pets but also with people I cannot recommend Fraser and his team highly enough.

I live on the other side of town and travel specifically for this vet. Redhill vet have been there for my pets through major surgery, emergency procedures and even grooming. I can’t recommend them enough.

Our previous vet told us it would be extremely expensive and not guaranteed success to do surgery on our dog for a dislocated hip – when we went to red hill they had a specialist and did the surgery that night.. with a few days recovery she is as happy as ever.

Wonderful team at Red Hill recently treated my toy poodle Charlie and then my Russian blue cat Rudy who both unfortunately passed away within seven weeks of one another. Fraser, Stephanie and the front of house team all contributed to my pets care over the fraught and painful months and were compassionate and considerate and went the extra mile with their care. Nothing but praise for Marie and Frazer. My cat Simon spent 3 months with them and came home looking as good if not better than new. Frazer is amazing when it comes to diagnosing old cranky cats and Marie knows that cat mummies get upset and fretful. Love the place. Not going to anyone else. Simon says so too
