Very poor, extremely slow, dry/unfriendly, ill-informed customer service from all staff. Multiple staff were visibly sick. Vet misdiagnosed due to not taking adequate time. Reception staff need additional training in both vet work/information provision and interpretation and in customer service/presentation.

I called to ask about a very simple enquiry and the lady on the rude was SO BLOODY RUDE TO ME. She made me feel stupid for calling and asking a very normal question. I was apologizing for ‘inconveniencing’ her when she was the one who had horrible customer service. No empathy. No warmth. Not helpful whatsoever.
