do not take your pet here, they will let your pet die while telling you to “just borrow the money” to treat them, they did this to my service dog and we lost her. They don’t care about the animal, just the money, never take an animal you love and are lost without to these people.

We take our little sausage dog here and the doctors, nurses and staff are so helpful and treat our little sausage like a king. I highly recommend this vet. They do a fantastic job.

The clinic refused to supply the regular script medication for my autistic friends Service Dogs when called with no warning unless they went in and paid for another consultation after being on the Arthritis meds for awhile and this being the regular vet for my friend. My autistic friend could not afford to go in for the vet appointment and was told to “just borrow the money from somewhere” My friend asked for two weeks to get the money and for the Arthritis meds for the time being so that she could work out a way to come up with the money for an appointment they refused stating that “Just borrow it or get a charity to pay” as they wanted to do a sighting appointment. 2 weeks later her Service dog who has been with her for over 10 years could not walk and is no longer with us. Went for $$$ over pets needs very disappointed

I have had only excellent care and customer service from reception, nurses and the vets here. My puppies are relaxed with the vets and happy to head in there without me. They understand my concerns as a first time Mummy to my hounds and I am really happy with their services.

Went in for a health check up and Dr Jessie was very attentive and provided the best care for my senior dog, she provided helpful recommendations and advice. The clinic itself has a great atmosphere and is very clean, and all the staff there are very friendly!
